Stirling Tenants Project is a partnership project between tenants and Stirling Council.The project is supported by the Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS).

The council have asked TPAS to work with tenants to look at future options for providing high quality services to it's tenants. Various options have been explored, ranging from keeping the service as it is now, to setting up a new "not for profit" landlord to take over the stock. The Council hopes to reach a decision in consultation with tenants soon.

The Council also wants TPAS to promote greater Tenant involvement in the running of the housing service. The Stirling Tenants Assembly(STA) has been established to ensure Stirling tenants can influence decisions about their homes.h
